- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the service.
- Upload malicious files or data that could compromise the platform's security.
- Scrape or mass-export data from the platform without written permission.
3. Your Content & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the data you upload or enter into Arthavi (such as your CAS PDF files and stock transaction history). We do not claim ownership over your financial data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and visualize this data *solely* for the purpose of providing the service to you.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including free vs premium features) at any time.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Arthavi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of net worth calculations. We do not warrant the accuracy of real-time market data.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in India.
